During a spring 2009 ski trip with Teton Gravity Research to the iconic ski mecca of Haines, Alaska the team was forced to spend a week without skiing as the mountains were pummeled by snow. When the skies finally cleared the team headed out and was able to reap the storms' bounty. Mark captured this image of the late and legendary mega-talented big-mountain skier Erik Roner getting fully buried in what might have been everyone’s deepest day of skiing ever! You are missed, brother!
